Moving right along..
Apr. 3rd, 2010 12:16 amFinally!
I have found success in my rewrite of The Requiem of Janus and I must say, that I approve of the new ending way more than I did the original ending. It just makes more sense now, and feels more like a romance with the changes I've made. I think you guys will enjoy the changes more than the original.
Of course, now I just have to wait for my editor to give the thumbs up or down in approval. I'm hoping it's a thumbs up. I don't know if I have the creative effort to think of another ending.
In the meantime, I'm going to work on some of the fics I abandoned temporarily.
First on the block? War of the Animum and Hourglass. I just finished up chapter seven, and now I'm working on chapter eight. I figure I'll finish chapter eight and nine (possibly ten if I can) and then get to work on some fanfiction. I know I've been neglecting that seriously.
I have the opportunity to write a scene with Sleet with someone other than Frost and I find myself wondering. Who would my readers like to see him with. Beryl? Raven? Tungsten? Ashur? Why don't I list Adair? I can't tell you yet. He's not dead, I promise you that. But he's not in this running... bwa ha ha.
Ahem, other than that, I'm going to focus on The Beautiful Lie next, as well as The Butterfly Effect. I want to try and finish Ties of Blood as well.
I've also finished the rewrite of Aftermath so as soon as I get done with my Erland series rewrites, I'll start sending that to my editor as well. I haven't heard from her in awhile so I hope she's doing well... *frets*
I plan to pick up the Walking Delusions rewrite, as well as the Fallen Angel, Fallen God and The Finer Points of Thievery additions soon so I can get those out to be purchased. Still looking for folks to commission on that front.
Whew. So much to do. So little time. lol
