Real Life meets Fiction (Take 3)

Today we have an animal special on our "Real Life Meets Fiction" serial. What do I mean by that? Well, the familiars in my fantasy adventure series Infinity's End take an animal form that's based off one you'd find on Earth, though they are not called by the same name in the fic. So, I hunted down pictures of the familiars for the four main characters (Ione, Gale, Kieran, and Azriel) and pulled them together for you.
First up! We have Ione's first familiar -- Fenris -- who is a male grey wolf.
Secondly, we have Aponi, who is Ione's second familiar and a Monarch butterfly. She is also female.
Next up, we have Gale's first familiar -- Quetz -- who is a female Northern water snake.
Secondly, we have Gale's second familiar -- Inari -- who is a female snow fox.
Kieran's only familiar is a female elf owl by the name of Gwydion. Don't be fooled by the picture. Elf owls are little more than five inches tall on average.
Azriel's first familiar is a female Siberian crane who goes by the name of Manah.
And lastly, we have Azriel's second familiar, who is Orion, a male maltese tiger, whose coloration is often shaded a beautiful blue.
There are a lot more familiars in Infinity's End's universe, but I'll bring those related to minor characters at a later date. It took a lot of searching to find the most flattering picture. *grins*
